• Deputing Trained Manpower:-The occupational health center would be manned by trained personnel
• Doctor's responsibility:

✔ Providing first aid to all staff /employees

✔ Initial emergency care till patient is evacuated to the hospital

✔ Handling any daily OPD requirement

✔ Inspection of premises and providing safety and occupational health related suggestions

✔ Awareness lectures on occupational health and lifestyle disorders

✔ Conducting sanitary and hygiene visits

✔ Conducting medical report examination for occupational/periodic check

✔ Conducting pre employment physical examination and providing fitness status

• Paramedical Staff responsibility-

✔ First aid and initial treatment to employees for minor conditions

✔ Dressing of wounds, assisting the doctor

✔ Assisting the doctor in sanitary rounds and hygiene visits

✔ Assisting Doctor on the role stated above

✔ OHC to ensure that the basic first aid kit, oxygen cylinders and other equipment’s are tested periodically.
